Are you ready to lead young people through exciting challenges and unforgettable experiences? As a Scout Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in helping 10-14-year-olds gain #SkillsForLife through outdoor adventures, community projects, and personal growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Leadership: Plan, organize, and deliver an inspiring programme of activities, including adventurous outings and camps.
- Team Coordination: Lead and support a team of volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the Scout section.
- Youth Development: Mentor Scouts, helping them work towards their badges, awards, and personal achievements.
- Safety First: Create a safe, inclusive environment, ensuring all activities meet safeguarding and safety standards.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with parents, carers, and community stakeholders to strengthen the group’s impact.
