Scout Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Leadership: Plan, organize, and deliver an inspiring programme of activities, including adventurous outings and camps.
• Team Coordination: Lead and support a team of volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the Scout section.
• Youth Development: Mentor Scouts, helping them work towards their badges, awards, and personal achievements.
• Safety First: Create a safe, inclusive environment, ensuring all activities meet safeguarding and safety standards.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with parents, carers, and community stakeholders to strengthen the group’s impact.
